2. What the website provides
The website introduces GlinFi, a personal finance and coaching app in development. It provides a free weekly budget estimate, an educational journal, product examples, planned pricing and ways to register interest or contact the project.
You can browse the journal and use the planner without buying anything or joining the launch list. The public website does not require a GlinFi account to browse the journal or use the planner. There is no guaranteed app release date, invitation, feature set or reservation of a particular price.
3. Educational content and calculator limits
GlinFi is not a financial adviser or investment adviser. The website provides general budgeting information and does not provide regulated financial advice, personalised financial advice or personalised investment advice. It does not arrange financial products or assess whether a product is suitable for you.
The weekly planner uses this formula: (monthly take-home income − fixed commitments − reserves) × 12 ÷ 52. It produces an annualised weekly average from the values you enter. It does not check your actual balance, pay dates, bill dates or unentered expenses. A positive estimate is not a guarantee that spending that amount is affordable today.
A negative estimate represents a shortfall. Examples and projections are illustrative, not promises. Check your inputs, avoid counting a cost twice and consider appropriate independent support if the information is insufficient for a decision. See the financial information disclaimer.
4. Planned prices and subscriptions
The website currently shows planned monthly GBP launch prices for Free, Premium and Platinum. It does not accept payment or conclude a paid subscription. Joining the launch list creates no purchase obligation and does not authorise charges.
Before any future purchase, the relevant service must provide the final price, billing period, included features, cancellation and renewal information, and applicable consumer rights. Those purchase terms must be available before payment. These website terms do not remove any mandatory cancellation or other rights.
5. Launch-list registration and messages
If you choose to register, use an email address you control and give your own permission for the stated updates. The launch list is intended for adults aged 18 or over. Do not submit someone else’s information without authority.
A successful form submission means the record has been stored. The current website does not automatically email the contact mailbox or send registration confirmations. For direct email contact, use contact@glinfi.com. No specific response time is promised for ordinary enquiries; statutory request deadlines remain applicable.
You can withdraw permission for launch updates without paying a fee or opening an account. Registering interest or sending a message does not mean accepting unrelated marketing. See the privacy notice for how form information is handled.
6. Reasonable use
Do not use the forms or website to send unlawful or abusive material, impersonate others, submit spam, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorised access or introduce malicious software. Please do not send bank credentials, payment-card information or sensitive financial documents.
We may take proportionate steps to protect the website against misuse. Such steps do not remove your ability to exercise legal rights or contact us through the stated email address.
7. Content, branding and your submissions
Website text, design, software and brand assets are protected by applicable intellectual property rights held by their respective owners or licensors. You may read the content and download your planner result for personal use. Other uses require permission unless the law allows them.
You retain rights you hold in information you send us. We use your submission only as reasonably necessary to handle it, administer the website and meet applicable obligations. No broad promotional licence over your private messages is claimed.

These terms do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence. They do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or impose a blanket waiver of legal remedies.
Any responsibility for loss must be assessed under the applicable law and the circumstances. Stating the educational limits of a tool does not override legal duties that apply to its operator.
9. Changes and complaints
We may update these website terms to reflect actual service changes or legal requirements. The version date will be shown. An update to this page does not retrospectively vary a separate paid contract or authorise a charge.
